About me

My counselling experience covers a broad range of client groups across a diverse presentation of concerns. I work with individuals as well as couples, and family groups.

My orientation is Emotion-Focused and Person-Centred and I am guided in my view of life by Existential philosophies. I hold a strong belief in people’s potential to grow and in our capacity to know and be guided by our own individual values and needs.

I aim to work collaboratively with clients to support them in self-reflection and assist with developing useful life skills that can better equip them to make choices in line with the way they want to live their life.
